Mrs. Trudell is the CEO and founder of Esprit Health & Wellness, LLC. She is double-board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. Her desire is to provide personalized solutions for her patients by listening to their concerns and developing treatment plans to help each patient reach his or her health targets. At Esprit, she takes a holistic approach to health promotion and is considered an expert in her field of bioidentical hormone replacement, weight loss, aesthetics, and wellness. She is a proud wife to Corey and mom to Breanna, Claire, Violet and Leks. Outside the office, Mrs. Trudell enjoys music, sports, travel, coffee and conversation, and exploring Montana’s great outdoors.
Dr. Anita Pedersen is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been in the health care arena for over 25 years. Her passion is assisting patients reach their goals of health promotion and disease prevention. At Esprit, she brings high-quality health care through practice, education, advocacy and leadership. She enjoys spending time with her husband on their farm and ranch south of Arnegard, ND. Her greatest accomplishments are her daughter and son whom she loves attending all of their activities.
Paul Pfennig grew up in Sidney and graduated from Sidney High School. He holds five Board Certifications from ANCC, including as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist. He has been a Registered Nurse for over 24 years and a Nurse Practitioner for over 14 years. He retired from the US Air Force after 21 years of service. His final two positions included being the Commander of the only active-duty US Air Force Aeromedical Evacuation Formal Training Unit, and later, the Director of the Primary Care Flight at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. As the Director he oversaw 140 providers and staff to deliver care to over 40,000 beneficiaries, responsible for over 40 million dollars in care and referrals. His approach involves treating the patient on a “whole person” concept, focusing on wellness, prevention, and early detection of disease. He enjoys leveraging technology to enhance the patient-provider experience.
